At AL-MASS, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms

under which products can be returned, replaced, or refunded when purchased from our website

(www.al-mass.com) and our Android + iOS apps.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, the item must be:

o Unused and in the same condition as received.

o In its original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

Certain items such as perishables, personal care, hygiene-related products, and customized

orders are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the product.

•

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

•

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong

product.

4. Replacements & Exchanges

•

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement at no

extra cost.

•

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations•

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you

may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible).

6. Exceptions

No returns/refunds will be accepted if:

• The product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

• The return request is initiated after the return window (7 days).

• The product falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., hygiene products, perishable

goods).
